Hi beauties 😘 Today I wanted to talk about wellbeing and relaxation. And what better way to relax than going to a spa? There are many beautiful spas in and outside London where one can go to relax.
In this article I wanted to tell you about the beautiful spa of the Hilton Hotel in Brighton, just about one hour from London in East Sussex. I have to admit that this is the most beautiful hotel spa I have ever been to so far. It includes a beautiful and big swimming pool with elegant columns which reminded me of the ancient Roman baths (whose ruins are still visible and explorable in Rome for those who would like to see the original version by the way 😉), a circular jacuzzy bath and a steam room. There are obviously showers and comfortable sunbeds near the swimming pool like in all spas. For those who want to relax but don’t feel like going inside the water for any reason, I assure you it is just so relaxing and beautiful to simply lay down on those pretty sunbeds, looking at those beautiful columns, maybe soaking your feet in the lukewarm water and perhaps imaging to be in the real Roman baths of 2,000 years ago🥰 I have tried both the jacuzzy and the swimming pool. Both are wonderful. I have recently found out that hot baths and jacuzzy help to relieve period pains and headache besides obviously relieving any muscle pain or contracture. So if women out there often struggle with period pains, I suggest to try and go to a Spa or have a hot bath (the jacuzzy really did wonders for my period pain🙂). Also if anyone out there suffers from fibromialgia, cramps, neck or back pain do try the jacuzzy, hot baths or a warm massage. They will relieve or at least reduce the pain. (I speak from experience 😉).
It isn’t expensive, entrance is £10 per person. I reckon entrance is free for people who are staying at the hotel. If you find yourself in Brighton or in East Sussex, I certainly advice you to stop by. It is definitely worth it! Also the Hilton Hotel in Brighton is beautiful, it is right in front of the beach with a lovely view of the sea. They offer lunch and dinner meals at their lovely restaurant too and often they have some discounts for children’s meals. It is worth a visit if you find yourself in the area. Do you like SPAs? And what is your favourite way to relax and look after your wellbeing and health?
