Pink vibes ๐ŸŒธ

Hi beauties ๐Ÿ˜˜ Today I want to show you some pictures of a lovely summer outfit that I have matched with different tones of pink๐ŸŒธ

The beautiful dress you see in the photos is a midi sleeveless dress from Ralph Lauren. I am a big admirer of this brand and I’m so in love with this dress! My favourite part is the lace: all these cute pink flowers create a delicate and gracious look, perfect for summer evenings. The pink pale hue and the traditional shape makes this dress versatile as it can be paired with accessories and blazers/coats of different shades of colour and of diverse shapes and fabrics. This dress is perfect to be worn during day as well as night. For the day it can be paired with a pair of flats in a neutral colour (such as beige or white) or a pair of canvas or suede espadrilles also in a light hue. For the evening and night I would pair this dress with a pair of chic faux leather sandals with heels like the ones I’m wearing in these pictures, or even with a shining silver/jewels heels for a special occasion or just to add an extra touch of glamour.

As I already mentioned, this dress is pretty versatile so we can play quite a lot with the accessories. For example, instead of a traditional handbag here I opted for a makeup bag with no shoulder strap in a cute pink hue with bow detail from Ted Baker. You can buy this adorable cosmetic bag on Amazon for only ยฃ24,99 ๐Ÿ˜Š

For a special occasion, or a simple night out also a shining clutch bag in a silver, golden or red shade would add a nice touch. Here, I was imagining to spend an afternoon out, this is why I kept the shoes and bag pretty neutral in line with the colour of the dress. The watch adds that sparkling touch to lighten a bit the outfit. You can learn more about this beautiful watch by reading the caption below the pictures at the end of this article. Have a look at the pictures of the outfit and let me know what you think! Do you like pink? Have you appreciated the choice of the accessories and shoes I have made or would you have made a different one?

Let me know your thoughts in the comments below ๐Ÿ˜˜ I’m always happy to hear from you! Do let me know if there is some particular interest, outfit or brand that you like that you would like to see published on the blog (: I take your suggestions on board ๐Ÿ™‚

Goodnight everyone, have a dream about your favourite outfit ๐Ÿ’žโœจ

My review of Lillabag from Divina Firenze boutique

Hi beauties ๐Ÿ˜˜ Do you like this bag? I love it! It is one of my favourite bags I have bought in 2020. I liked it so much that I have decided to write a review about it. So here it is, enjoy!

Lillabag is a handbag in leather from a boutique in Florence called Divina Firenze, an Italian shop that sells clothes and accessories entirely handmade. Lillabag’s neutral shade of orange/ochre makes it perfect to be worn during both summer and autumn seasons and with a diverse range of clothes. Because of its shape, colour and material, this Lillabag is versatile. It can be easily worn with both day and night outfits. As you can see from the photos, in this case I have paired it with a cute floral short-sleeved bodysuit by Tuclothing, which creates a perfect day outfit. It would also look great paired with a leather skirt or a sheat dress and heels for a more chic evening look.

Lillabag is also the right size to be worn both day and night because it’s ample enough to include all the items we need during the day while still remaining compact enough to look great with a night outfit. It has three useful pockets: the main one, the one at the front and the one inside, which can be used for cosmetics or smaller items.

I like the fact that the handle is big enough to also allow the bag to be carried on the shoulder without having to attach a shoulder strap, which often ends up being a bit too long (at least for me because I’m not so tall ๐Ÿ˜†).

Thanks to the four golden protective studs underneath, the bag can be put on the floor without falling or losing its shape. It is a really convenient feature because it also keeps the bottom of the bag clean from dirt, which is very useful if we are out at a restaurant for example and want to put the bag on the floor next to our chair but are afraid to make the underneath dirty or ruined. With this Lillabag, you won’t have this problem anymore ladies๐Ÿ˜‰

If I had to give it a mark on a scale of 10 out of 10, I would give it a 8๐Ÿ˜‰ It is lacking two points to the maximum because it isn’t made in faux leather, which I always prefer.

I hope you enjoyed this article!

A candy apple red dress to lighten your summer ๐ŸŽ

Hello worldโ˜€๏ธ Since the weather has been pretty bad lately in London I taught to wear this lovely Chopin candy apple red dress to bring some sunshine back to this summer. As you can see from the pictures, it has definitely worked๐Ÿ˜‰

Not only I like the shade of this dress but also its shape. I adore the detail of the vertical frill, which gives this garment a slightly less serious look and a more original and cheerful design making it perfect to wear it during summer. This dress is pretty lightweight as you can see: it is sleeveless and has a boat neck, which is so chic and comfortable to wear during warmer seasons. It also as a very trendy split at the back. It is definitely on the list of my favourite summer dresses!

Have a look at the pictures below to see better this outfit and learn about the accessories with whom I have paired it๐Ÿ‘‡

A touch of Vanilla and Tonka Bean to help you unwind

Hello beauties๐Ÿ˜˜ Today I wanted to talk about wellbeing and relax. One of the things that helps me relax and maintain a good mood is smelling fragrances. Indeed I like using parfumes and home fragrances. Since I have a toddler, my love for home fragrances and deodorants has recently greatly increased (mummies and daddies out there will understand me๐Ÿ˜‰).

I have recently found a home fragrance that is both delicate and strong at the same time (enough to cover the dirty nappies smell almost entirely ๐Ÿ˜). It is the vanilla and tonka bean fragranced reed diffuser from Sainsbury’s HOME. It has become my favourite home fragrance so much that I have bought two of them to use in different rooms of my home. I have always loved vanilla both as flavour and scent.

Combined with honey, Tonka beans and caramel it creates an even more delicious aroma. It is pleasant and relaxing. I also like the design of the bottle, transparent with horizontal white stripes and a metal lid, which perfectly matches my white furniture. I think that this neutral look makes it perfect to match any wallpaper, walls and furniture. And being contained in it’s size, it can be easily put in any room of the house without taking too much space (I have put it one on the bathroom shelf too!). It is a perfect touch for my home and I’m sure it will be for yours too๐Ÿ˜

Do you like home fragrances? What is your favourite scent at the moment? Don’t hesitate to let me know in the comments below! I hope you enjoyed this article and I wish you a lovely evening (:

Oriental vibes

Hi everyone ๐Ÿ™‚ Today I am showing you one of my favourite summer outfits so far. I am so in love with this Primark shirt dress! And with my little man Joel who is acting like a little model in these pictures (thankfully ๐Ÿ˜…!).

Where do I start? The floral print with a dark blue background and pretty white flowers, the knees length, the three-quarter puffed sleeves, the collar… I love the whole design of this dress and its every detail. It reminds me a lot of the beautiful traditional Chinese dresses with floral prints, collar, and side split. Although it doesn’t have a split on the side like most of traditional Chinese dresses, it is possible to “artificially” create a split in the middle by simply leaving the last two buttons open when wearing it (I have tried doing that in particular hot days and it looks exactly as if it was a “cut” split, so chic๐Ÿ˜‰).

I love the shoes as well, which are faux leather high heel sandals in a lovely pale pink hue with plateau from Primark. The bag I’m wearing in the pictures, you may have already spotted it in my previous article about the ochre blouse, it’s the pretty diamond shape Primark straw bag with brown shoulder strap. This is definitely one of my favourite summer outfits and even if I’m not Chinese, I must admit that I feel many oriental vibes when I wear it ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฒ

Joel’s outfit is also one of my favourites for the summer. Little man is wearing an adorable floral print shirt with short sleeves from Primark and denim shorts. Shoes are in cute brown faux leather with blue canvas inserts from Tu Kids. If there are any mamas and papas out there I hope Joel’s outfit has given you some good inspiration for your little kids’ summer fashion.

I hope you liked these outfits and this article and please do let me know what your favourite summer outfits are๐Ÿ™‚ Leave a comment below๐Ÿ‘‡

I wish everyone a nice and relaxing weekend, try to do things that make you happy if you can xx

Relaxing like a Roman at Hilton Hotel Spa๐Ÿฅฐ

Hi beauties ๐Ÿ˜˜ Today I wanted to talk about wellbeing and relaxation. And what better way to relax than going to a spa? There are many beautiful spas in and outside London where one can go to relax.

In this article I wanted to tell you about the beautiful spa of the Hilton Hotel in Brighton, just about one hour from London in East Sussex. I have to admit that this is the most beautiful hotel spa I have ever been to so far. It includes a beautiful and big swimming pool with elegant columns which reminded me of the ancient Roman baths (whose ruins are still visible and explorable in Rome for those who would like to see the original version by the way ๐Ÿ˜‰), a circular jacuzzy bath and a steam room. There are obviously showers and comfortable sunbeds near the swimming pool like in all spas. For those who want to relax but don’t feel like going inside the water for any reason, I assure you it is just so relaxing and beautiful to simply lay down on those pretty sunbeds, looking at those beautiful columns, maybe soaking your feet in the lukewarm water and perhaps imaging to be in the real Roman baths of 2,000 years ago๐Ÿฅฐ I have tried both the jacuzzy and the swimming pool. Both are wonderful. I have recently found out that hot baths and jacuzzy help to relieve period pains and headache besides obviously relieving any muscle pain or contracture. So if women out there often struggle with period pains, I suggest to try and go to a Spa or have a hot bath (the jacuzzy really did wonders for my period pain๐Ÿ™‚). Also if anyone out there suffers from fibromialgia, cramps, neck or back pain do try the jacuzzy, hot baths or a warm massage. They will relieve or at least reduce the pain. (I speak from experience ๐Ÿ˜‰).

It isn’t expensive, entrance is ยฃ10 per person. I reckon entrance is free for people who are staying at the hotel. If you find yourself in Brighton or in East Sussex, I certainly advice you to stop by. It is definitely worth it! Also the Hilton Hotel in Brighton is beautiful, it is right in front of the beach with a lovely view of the sea. They offer lunch and dinner meals at their lovely restaurant too and often they have some discounts for children’s meals. It is worth a visit if you find yourself in the area. Do you like SPAs? And what is your favourite way to relax and look after your wellbeing and health?

My favourite summer blouse

Hello beauties ๐Ÿ˜˜ It is sooo hot in London these days!

As the title of this article says, I have found the perfect summer blouse and I wanted to show it to everyone. It is from Primark, one of my favourite brands which I often advertise on this blog. As you can see from the pictures below, it is in a lovely ochre/light orange hue, which is very chich and summery. It has cute three- quarter puffed sleeves, a feature that I’m loving a lot recently and I also love the fact that it can be worn either like a T-shirt by leaving the shoulders covered or more like a sleeveless top, by pulling the sleeves down to leave the shoulders uncovered. Here, I paired it with denim shorts and I tucked it inside them but it can also be worn on top of trousers especially if worn with leggings or skinny jeans. This would create a type of look more suitable for the evening and perfect for a night out especially if paired with a pair of stylish heels and an elegant pursue.

As you can see from the photos, straw has got to be one of my favourite fabrics this summer. Indeed in these pictures I’m wearing a lovely fringed hem straw summer hat and a cute straw bag in a diamond shape with brown shoulder strap. Shoes are canvas espadrilles with strings from Primark. How are you liking this summer outfit? โค๏ธ For more details on the brands and accessories I’m wearing have a look at the captions below the pictures.

I hope that you have also found your favourite blouse to wear this summer. If not, it may as well be this one๐Ÿ˜‰

Have a lovely evening beauties, don’t forget to smile and I’ll see you in the next article xx๐Ÿ’ž

50 shades of blue ๐Ÿ‘—

Good evening beauties ๐Ÿ˜˜ I hope you all had a lovely weekend. As the title says, today I want to show you a summer outfit I have created inspired by this beautiful colour and his hues.

I am a fan of floral prints as you can see. I love wearing floral dresses especially in summer. This dress especially caught my attention not just for its beautiful colour and print but also because of its design. I like the denim pocket at the top and the other denim details, such as the edges of the three quarter sleeves and the belt. I also like the choice of inserting white buttons in a vertical line giving it the appearance of a shirt dress, which is such a perfect choice for a summer dress being so lightweight and comfortable.

What made me completely fall in love with this dress is the fact it is made entirely in cotton. I love wearing natural fibers, especially during summer when it’s so important to stay cool and let our skin breathe. It is also a good choice to wear sustainable fabrics. The shoes I have chosen to match the dress are also eco-friendly. They are made of faux-leather in a navy hue with plateau and a white bow detail. I personally adore them. The handbag is a cross body bag in light blue and faux leather. For more details on the brands and accessories I’m wearing, have a look at the caption below the pictures๐Ÿ™‚. What do you think of this outfit? I hope you liked it and gave you some good inspiration and ideas to create your own summer outfit in the shades of blue๐Ÿ’™

Summer vibes

Hello everyone ๐Ÿ˜˜ It’s 35 degrees in London today! It’s so warm that it reminds me of the Roman weather๐Ÿ˜…

I am absolutely in love with this Primark denim dress with buttons. It’s cute, lightweight and chic. I love the detail of the puff sleeves and the elastic that tightens and highlights the waist. It’s a must for summer! Here I paired it with a pair of black Rayban Sunglasses, canvas espadrillas and a summer straw bag. The denim fabric is versatile and goes with everything. It might also go perfectly with a straw hat and a pair of leather sandals.

For more details on the brands and accessories I’m wearing see the caption below.
